EPM Administrator

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) Specialist to join a dynamic End User Compute team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing least-privilege controls across a global endpoint environment. You will play a key role in reducing administrative risk while maintaining business productivity through effective EPM policy management and endpoint security practices.
This position requires hands-on experience with CyberArk EPM, strong scripting and packaging skills, and the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint configurations in a fast-paced environment.

What will your day look like? As an EPM Specialist, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain least-privilege controls across enterprise endpoints.
- Create, optimize, and deploy CyberArk EPM policies, including trust policies, privilege elevation rules, and application control policies.
- Analyze application behavior to build precise policies that balance security with user productivity.
- Troubleshoot software packaging issues, installation failures, and system conflicts across Windows and macOS environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to align endpoint security strategies.
- Monitor, tune, and continuously improve EPM policies based on system behavior and logs.
- Document packaging standards, policy decisions, and operational procedures.
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in endpoint management or security engineering
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk EPM policy creation, tuning, and deployment
- Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell
- Experience with endpoint deployment tools such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, and JAMF
- Solid understanding of least privilege principles, application control, and endpoint hardening
- Ability to analyze logs, system behavior, and application dependencies
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in large-scale, global endpoint environments
- Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance standards related to endpoint security
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide endpoint security transformation initiatives
